Symbiotic Facets - Pezizaceae Brooch

This brooch merges asymmetrical glass facets with silver insertions that echo the cup-like forms of Pezizaceae mushrooms. The coloured glass, animated by a green ultraviolet glow, shifts with the light, while the silver details anchor the piece in organic reference. Bubbles carved from the back add depth and a sense of inner volume that reveals itself through the front, amplifying the play of light within. A meeting of geometry and growth, it transforms the body into a landscape where crystal and fungi coexist.
